We have the perfect, kid-friendly snack to cool off on hot summer’s day—watermelon pizza! It’s so easy to make and the perfect activity for your little ones. Packed with healthy fruit, watermelon pizza is sure to be a fave this summer!

Ingredients:

1 cup of coconut yogurt

Watermelon (sliced into rounds)

Assorted fruit (Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi)

Sliced mint (optional)

Method:

  1. Wash and prepare the fruit.
  2. Slice the watermelon into rounds (you can choose the desired width of your pizza)
  3. Spread the coconut yogurt onto the watermelon round.
