Shipping Area & Couriers
We currently ship Australia-wide only, using a selection of trusted couriers. We do not ship to PO Boxes—please provide a valid street address.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated based on: total order weight and delivery location. We’ve updated our shipping model to offer fairer, more transparent rates.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
All orders, including subscriptions, are shipped with Authority to Leave unless otherwise specified during checkout. If ATL is not suitable, please let us know at the time of your order.
Handling Time
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours. Orders placed after hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During sales or peak periods, please allow for additional dispatch time. Pre-orders will have individual shipping timelines listed on the product page.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery times: Metro areas: Up to 6 business days. WA, NT, SA, and rural areas: Up to 10+ business days. December orders may take an additional 2–3 business days.
Tracking & Delays
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive your parcel within the expected timeframe: check tracking and contact the courier. If unresolved, email us at hello@luvme.eco
Liability
Luvme takes care in dispatching your order. However, we are not liable for lost or stolen parcels once shipped. Claims for lost parcels must be directed to the courier provider listed in your tracking information.
Express & International Shipping
We do not offer express post and currently do not ship internationally.
Subscription Orders
All subscriptions incur shipping charges based on weight and location. Notifications were sent to all active subscribers regarding this update.
