Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Thank you for participating in our Referral Candy program! By referring your friends, you can earn exclusive discounts while sharing the benefits of our eco-friendly products. Please carefully review the following Terms & Conditions before participating.
1. Eligibility
- This referral program is open to existing customers who have made at least one purchase from our website.
- Referees (new customers) must be first-time purchasers.
- Referral rewards apply only to subscription products.
2. Referral Discounts
The referral program follows a structured reward system as outlined below:
- For the Referrer (Existing Customer):
- First successful referral: Receive a $30 discount on your next subscription order.
- Third successful referral: Receive a $100 discount on your next subscription order.
- For the Referred Friend (New Customer):
- Receive a one-time $50 discount on their first purchase, applicable only to subscription products.
3. Coupon Code Usage
The referee’s (new customer’s) discount code can only be used for their first purchase and is not transferable. Referrer’s rewards are applied to their next eligible subscription order. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions.
- Customer may need to manually apply their coupon at checkout.
4. Program Limitations & Modifications
- The referral program is only applicable for orders placed directly through our website.
- Referral rewards are non-transferable and may not be sold, shared, or combined with other discounts.
- We reserve the right to disqualify referrals suspected of fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or any behaviour that violates these terms.
- The program structure and rewards may be modified or discontinued at any time at our sole discretion.
