Welcome to Luvme Eco. By using our website, creating a subscription, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms below. We are committed to delivering high-quality, eco-conscious products with integrity and transparency.
Product Warranty
At Luvme, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. All Luvme products are covered under a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship.
To initiate a warranty claim: contact us at hello@luvme.eco with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
Return the defective item if requested (shipping at customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed)
Warranty exclusions: improper care or use, accidents or misuse, normal wear and tear (e.g. zippers, Velcro) and/or natural material breakdown over time.
Replacement of defective items is at the sole discretion of Luvme.
Prices & Payments
All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and inclusive of GST. Prices for products, subscriptions, and shipping are subject to change without notice.
Orders are confirmed once processed, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the confirmation email for accuracy.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order at our discretion. For any payment or order queries, please contact hello@luvme.eco
Discounts & Promotions
- Discount codes must be entered at checkout. We are unable to apply any discount codes after an order has been placed.
- Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively or used after a promotion has officially ended.
- Promotions and discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, codes, or promotions.
- Promotional offers are only valid while stocks last. Stock may sell out before the advertised promotion end date.
- If a product sells out during a sale or promotion, it cannot be purchased later at the discounted price, even if the sale period is still active or the discount code has expired.
- Luvme reserves the right to end any promotion early due to stock availability or at our discretion.
- Promotions apply only to the specific Luvme products listed in each individual offer.
- Exclusions apply: Discounts and promotions do not apply to Subscriptions, Trial Packs, Bulk Buy Savings, Already Discounted Items, or Gift Cards.
- LOCAL30 is only valid for pickup orders at our Chinderah, NSW warehouse.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as SALE are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they are faulty.
