One of the only activities that has kept each of my kids entertained for long periods of time has been playdough!

Playdough is fantastic for little hands to develop their fine motor skills and strengthen finger muscles. It fosters a sense of imagination and creativity. This playdough recipe is tried and true! It uses natural ingredients (no nasties!) and is so affordable. An all-around winner!

My daughter loves pink and purple so we wanted to try to make her favourite colour playdough! Instead of using food dye (which can contain chemicals) we used blueberries to create a beautiful colour!

Ingredients

2 cups plain flour
2 cups water
1/2 cup blueberries (or more for an even brighter colour)
1 cup salt
4 tbsp cream of tartar

2 tbsp coconut oil
