Easy Father’s Day Gift (+Free Father’s Day Kid Questionnaire Printable)

We are seriously nuts about the dads in our lives! Cheesy we know, but so true. This is the easiest recipe and will take no time to make but will make any dad or grandpa feel special! Kids can help with this gift, even toddlers! The finished product is a smoky, salty, sweet, slightly spicy combo that will pair perfectly with his favourite cold beverage. Here’s how you make it!
Ingredients
3 cups mixed nuts
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (double this if your guy loves spice!)
1/2 tsp black pepper
Method
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Add mixed nuts into a large bowl.
3. Coat with olive oil.
4. Add in dry ingredients and mix well.
5. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread out evenly.
6. Bake 15 minutes, stirring often to ensure nuts are evenly coated and not burning.
7. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
