Recycled Nappy Box Craft

August 15, 2023

Instead of putting your nappy box in the recycling bin, try this activity with your little one!
1- Cut off one of the sides of a nappy box.
2- Paint a simple vase on the cardboard.

3- Use a bamboo skewer to poke holes in cardboard (where flowers will go)
4- Go on a nature walk and collect flowers (having a little bit of a stem will be helpful)

5- Let your little one stick flowers in each hole (this is great to develop those fine motor skills.) The finished product will be a beautiful vase full of flowers!
Spending quality time with our kids is so important. Moments like this just fill their little tanks right up!

Postpartum is a wild time… you’re in a baby bubble, flooded with so much oxytocin yet you’ve never been so exhausted. You are getting to know this tiny human that you brought into the world but you’re still discovering who you are as a mother. You have a deep sense of love that came so naturally but you also feel like maybe you don’t really know what you’re doing. So many beautiful paradoxes make up that post birth period.
