Here at Luvme, we stand behind our products and we take great pride in the quality of each and every item we sell. This is why we warrant all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.

We ask that you return all defective products for our evaluation and/or email us pictures. This helps us to provide the best quality assurance to our customers. All defective items returned for warranty service will be replaced at our discretion.

If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us by emailing our team at: hello@luvme.eco and please include your proof of purchase.

Please Note: This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of materials (i.e., zipper wear, Velcro wear, etc.)



You cannot combine discount vouchers/promotion/specials on any already discounted special offer products. Once your order has been placed, we cannot add a discount to your order. 

Should a discount code be missed upon checkout, it is not the responsibility of Luvme to provide compensation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their discount code is input. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, please understand this is our policy and procedure.

 Please note subscriptions are excluded for any discount codes that are offered during our promotions.


Free shipping applies to orders $250 or more after any discount codes are applied.

At this time, we ship only Australia Wide. Should you reside on any surrounding islands that are still considered a part of Australia, remote or high freight costs location, additional freight fees will be paid at the customers expense. If your order is over $250, we unfortunately will still require at least a portion of the freight cost to be covered.

(EG a standard monthly order of 3 x box nappies and 1 x box wipes is max $40 freight covered. Above this the customer will have to be charged.)

Please understand that as a small business we cannot wear these additional costs. We will do our best to assist you.

PLEASE NOTE: Extra freight charges may be applicable to some areas. If you have selected multiple products with a pre-order product, your complete order will be sent out when pre order stock arrives. 

Due to COVID restrictions, lockdown and congestions at ports, our estimated date of arrival for our containers can change at anytime. All ETA dates are approximate and we will keep updating our listings if notified with new postponed dates. Thank you for your patience during this time.

IMPORTANT: Please note cancellations are only permitted after receiving your third order. Subscriptions are excluded for any discount codes that are offered during our promotions and discounts from our rewards program. Free shipping over $150 for subscriptions may exclude some areas.
