Terms & Conditions

Here at Luvme, we stand behind our products and we take great pride in the quality of each and every item we sell. This is why we warrant all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.

We ask that you return all defective products for our evaluation and/or email us pictures. This helps us to provide the best quality assurance to our customers. All defective items returned for warranty service will be replaced at our discretion.

If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us by emailing our team at: hello@luvme.eco and please include your proof of purchase.

Please Note: This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of materials (i.e., zipper wear, Velcro wear, etc.)

DISCOUNT CODES:-

Discount vouchers/promotion/specials cannot be combined with any existing discounted special offer products. Once your order has been placed, we cannot add a discount to your order. 

Should a discount code be missed upon checkout, it is not the responsibility of Luvme to provide compensation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their discount code is applied before purchase finalisation. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, please understand this is our policy and procedure.

Discount cannot be claimed in retrospect after the promotion has officially ended.

Stock may sell out during promotional offers and sales before the intended end date. Stock may not be purchased at a later date at the same reduced price after the promotion or sale’s specified end date, or by using a discount code that has expired.

Discount not available for use on Subscriptions or Gift Cards.

Offers are valid until the specified end date. If no end date is stated or displayed, Luvme can end the promotional offer without any notice at any given time.

Promotion and discount code terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

LOCAL30 discount code is only valid for pick up at our Chinderah NSW 2487 warehouse.

TERMS & CONDITIONS using our subscriptions: subscriptions and bulk buy products are excluded for any discount codes that are offered during our limited-time and on-going promotions. All discount codes are for use on Luvme products only.

SALE ITEMS: Any sale items are final sale- no returns and no refunds.

FREIGHT:-

Selected Couriers: We use a few selected couriers for our deliveries.

Authority to Leave: ALL ORDERS including subscriptions are authority to leave, unless noted otherwise in the shipping method when placing the order.

Shipping Locations: We currently ship only within Australia. Luvme family is excited to announce that we have updated our shipping to suit your needs. It will calculate the total weight of what you are ordering and the price to send to your delivery address. This is a much more accurate and fair shipping cost tailored specifically to you. This will include all subscription orders as well. Please contact us if you have any queries or questions as we are always happy to help.

Handling Time: We aim to have all Australian orders shipped within 24-48 hours. During promotional times we may have a slight delay in dispatching your order and allow delays during Public Holidays and circumstances out of our control. When your item is dispatched you will receive an email notification. Pre orders will be listed on each product listing and will not apply to these handling times.

Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Orders are not shipped on National Public holidays or NSW public holidays.

All December delivery times would entail an additional 2-3 business days.

Standard Delivery Time Frame: Delivery to anywhere in Australia, shipping of your product can take up to 6+ business days, for WA, NT and SA it can take up to 10+ business days. (May be longer if located in a Rural Location.)

If your product hasn’t arrived within the specified time frame, please check your emails for the tracking number and contact the courier with which it was shipped. For further assistance, please email Luvme at hello@luvme.eco.

Luvme takes all care but no responsibility once the parcel has left head office. In the unlikely event your package does go missing, the account outcome will be at the discretion of the Courier Company used. Please contact the freight provider as per your tracking number.

PO Boxes: As per our terms and conditions, our couriers do not deliver to Po Boxes. Please provide your physical address. If you do not want to use yours, please proved a friend or family member you can use.

Express Post: We do not offer express post.
