It's important to us that all of our Customers are satisfied with their purchase.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind, or for sale items. If there is an issue and you have received a faulty product from our store, please email us within 14 days of receiving your items, and we will review the request.
If your request is approved, items are to be returned within 14 days. You can choose the following options:
1) Online credit voucher
This voucher does not have an expiry date and may be used at anytime.
If you choose this option,you will need to arrange to send the products back to us at your expense. The items must be in good condition and unopened/sealed. We hold the right to refuse a return should we feel the item is not in new/original condition. Please email us at: email@example.com and we will review your request.
Once your request for an exchange has been approved, you will then need to arrange to send the products back to us at your expense, we will refund your account when returning stock has been received by our warehouse staff.
Please note we do not refund due to change of mind, and we do not offer a return or exchange on sale items. Refunds will only be offered/given if you have received a faulty product from our store, and you do not wish to accept a replacement. Freight costs are not refunded.
If we have made a special exception for a return that we have approved, you will then need to arrange to send the products back to us at your expense.
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item, to request a return. If you have requested a return, we will review your request. A return is only eligible for faulty stock. We do not provide returns/refunds for change of mind or for sale items.
To start a return, you can contact us firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once accepted, you will then need to arrange to send the products back to us at your expense.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will happily correct this for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). As per ACC Guidelines, we are not required by law to provide a refund or replacement for change of mind. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please make sure you are storing your products correctly. Wet wipes-Store in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight. Make sure you clip the lid down securely to keep wet wipes from drying out. Keep package out of reach of babies and children. We cannot take responsibility of your products deteriorating if not cared for correctly.
